Right and terms for exercising the withdrawal
According to the provisions of the law (Article 59 paragraph E Legislative Decree 21/2/2014), the Buyer may – within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the package containing the ordered products – withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without any reason by contacting customer service.
Exercising the right of withdrawal within the terms and according to the methods described below for the return of the products, the Buyer may obtain at his choice:
- refund of the amount paid for the products returned to the central warehouse, by crediting the relative sum to your credit card or by bank transfer.
- the possibility (with the authorization of our customer service) to change the products purchased on Francesca by Sottini website with other products available at any Francesca by Sottini stores; or
- the credit of an amount equal to the price of the products returned to the central warehouse, usable only on Francesca by Sottini website.
Pursuant to Article 67 paragraph 3 of the Italian Consumer Code, the return costs will be entirely carged to the Buyer.
Francesca by Sottini will refund the full amount already paid by the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the return module containing the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Francesca by Sottini can withhold the refund until she has received the products back or until the Buyer has demonstrated that he/she has returned the products.
The refund will take place through the transfer procedure of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer through bank details (IBAN code) provided by the Buyer in the Return Module.
In addition to the provisions of the law, Francesca by Sottini in order to provide an additional service to its customers, can evaluate the return of the product intact in all its parts, even in a period of more than 10 days but less than 2 months.
To take advantage of this formula for extending the right of withdrawal is required the authorization of the customer service.
The products must be returned to Francesca by Sottini in their substantial integrity, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use and anything else supplied with them, in such a condition that they can be put back on sale.
We also remind that packages sent at the expense of the recipient will not be accepted.
The Buyer and / or the recipient of the Order must necessarily fill in the appropriate Return Module received by email after contacting customer service, completed and signed as indicated.
To change products purchased online in one of Francesca by Sottini stores, it is necessary to show a copy of the order fulfillment confirmation received with the products.
The exchange can only be made with products of an amount equal to or greater than those you wish to return, the re-credit, even partial, of the amount spent can in fact only be obtained by returning the product to the head office.
The return of products after the legal term established for the withdrawal and contractual cancellation will not be accepted.
